Overall Satisfaction with Prophix

We use Prophix to produce our monthly and yearly financial statements. Our completed ad-hoc reports can include as much or as little data as we need for different districts, buildings, or states. We also use Prophix to complete our yearly budgeting process across the company.

We have not used Microsoft Excel for budgeting yet but this year will be the first year we do so. Our employees out in the field are looking forward to it!

We love the financial statement binders because we can tailor them to meet our needs. For example, we can input an income statement by state and/or district and consolidated it to include the whole company. We can do the same for balance sheets, cash flow statements, and trial balances. Prophix gives us a clear view of the company from all angles.
