Overall Satisfaction with Pure Storage FlashArray

Pure is our Tier 1 storage solution at two locations for VMware and Microsoft environments.

  • Ease of use/management
  • Ease of support and upgrading
  • Replication
  • Lower cost solutions for ROBO
  • A NAS solution
  • After implementation no one, once, has pointed as storage as a possible reason for slowness.
It beats them hands down on everything. It is faster with better compressions and dedup. Management is at the next level - not legacy at all. Upgrades are easier. Getting a unit online and working was faster, as was expanding storage. vCenter plug-in's are easier to use and rock solid vVOL support.
vSphere, SolarWinds Server & Application Monitor, Windows Server
Any use case for fast and reliable storage. If you can afford it I suggest using it everywhere. So easy to use.

Using Pure Storage FlashArray

As soon as we went this route we never had to question if any issue we were/are having is storage related. I don't have to devote time to putzing around and pushing buttons and twisting knobs to fine tune the system. It does it's thing and it does it well - no babysitting or constant maintenance involved.

Yes - Works, great - I've checked on the system away from the office and opened and managed tickets. I've shown it to other companies saying you need a mobile app and it should look like this. It's intuitive and easy to use.
