Overall Satisfaction with Qubit

Qubit is currently being used by our online team to identify and implement areas of improvement for user experience. We also use it as a marketing tool thanks to the use of CTA and overlays that help us improve the visibility/look of our promotions.

  • Flexibility of the tool and how advanced the tool is for reporting
  • Account management
  • Quite expensive compared with competitors
  • Interface could be more intuitive for people to use - drag and drop for example
  • High email sign up rate
  • Increase in basket AOV
  • Ability to market to segmented users in real time to improve conversion
The level of detail and complexity that can be achieved with the tool.
Qubit does require a fair bit of monetary investment and people to manage and implement the campaigns. However the account management and the engineers at Qubit are great at helping organise and build campaigns.
I think Qubit is suited to major retailers that have high traffic and sales volumes.
