Overall Satisfaction with Quick Base

Quick Base is being used for case management in our department. It allows us to access shared information and get reporting based on key metrics of our daily work.

Pros

  • Collaboration across users to view and edit records
  • Get real-time reporting showing g the status of certain projects and the results delivered over a period of time

Cons

  • I would like to continue to see expanded reporting capabilities
  • I would also like to see some changes made to things like how multiple choice options are displayed.
We selected Quick Base for its ability to easily be customized to our needs and its ability to have dynamic reporting.
Anytime shared data is being kept on a spreadsheet it can go in Quick Base. QB. Allows for many users to access the data in the same place at the same time and see reporting on key metrics.
