Overall Satisfaction with Quick Base
Quick Base is being used for case management in our department. It allows us to access shared information and get reporting based on key metrics of our daily work.
- Collaboration across users to view and edit records
- Get real-time reporting showing g the status of certain projects and the results delivered over a period of time
- I would like to continue to see expanded reporting capabilities
- I would also like to see some changes made to things like how multiple choice options are displayed.
We can create an application in hours and have it ready to roll out to end users. We can then make modifications to the application on the fly as users make suggestions.
We selected Quick Base for its ability to easily be customized to our needs and its ability to have dynamic reporting.
A person with no "coding" knowledge can easily create applications and make adjustments to them. The workflow is very intuitive and the tutorials are very helpful.

We are able to quickly build an application and because all fields are reportable we can slice the data in many ways to gain insights about how our business may be changing.
I have many times had a user come to me with the request of a new field and be able to simply right click, add the field, and answer their requests in seconds.
