Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase

We use Quickbase in two applications. One is as a CRM tool to track interactions between our sales team and customers. The other is a FAQ database that our customer service department uses to troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Easy for non-technical users to pick up.
  • Great search function.
  • Ability to customize on your own.
  • Mobile version is clunky.
We have slightly customized already existing applications which has worked well for us.
Quickbase was the easiest for my non-technical co-workers to pick up and use with very little training. It's very intuitive.
I haven't built any applications from scratch but find it somewhat easy to customize existing apps. I have no technical development experience and do it on my own without IT support.

We have only used updated Quickbase developed apps and they have worked great!
It works great for us a basic CRM tool. If you don't need all the flash and features of something like Salesforce...this is perfect!
