Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase
We use Quickbase in two applications. One is as a CRM tool to track interactions between our sales team and customers. The other is a FAQ database that our customer service department uses to troubleshoot customer issues.
Pros
- Easy for non-technical users to pick up.
- Great search function.
- Ability to customize on your own.
Cons
- Mobile version is clunky.
- GoldMine and Salesforce
Quickbase was the easiest for my non-technical co-workers to pick up and use with very little training. It's very intuitive.
