Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase
QuickBase is currently being used for purchase orders throughout our company as well as for CapEx requests and approvals, an equipment database, lease database, and land database.
- Very user-friendly
- Easy to export/import to/from Excel
- Formula fields are easy to understand and similar to Excel logic
- Easy to set up users and define several user roles and access levels
- Exact forms working with recent versions of Word could be better
I use custom applications exclusively in QuickBase and have done so for the past 6 years with 2 different companies.
I do not know of any real QuickBase competitors and doubt any can match their capabilities.
We have an entry level accountant that has created several applications with little guidance from myself or our IT department. QuickBase is very user-friendly and there are lots of questions and answers from users that help guide you if you're lost.
