Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase

Quickbase is implemented via the IT department but is utilized by almost every other department in the city.
  • The ability of quickly and easily refine forms is great and allows us the flexibility that we need.
  • The reporting and notifications allow us to keep our users up to date with what is going on in their system.
  • Quickbase does not have integrated digital signatures.
  • Quickbase does not have a native way to process online payments.
We have built and deployed over 40 custom applications.
Most of our team are not developers. It is helpful for the folks "developing" applications in QuickBase to have at least a basic understanding of formulas in Excel. Beyond that, almost anyone should be able to develop apps in QuickBase.

We are constantly updating and changing our Open Public Records Request tracking system. As new and or different requests come in we have to adapt the system to handle the back and forth between at least 10 different departments.
Quickbase is pretty much our duct tape solution for any process in the city. We struggle to use Quickbase well online and when we need to take payments.
