Pros

If you are looking for applications with your own rules QuickBase does a good job.
QuickBase is a robust build it yourself tool for web applications.
Very helpful support team. You don't have to wait for QuickBase employees to respond to the questions you raise...Even the partners are available to address your questions.
Extensive documentation is available to help.

Cons

Very few video tutorials. The one available is very fast and to the point.
Make a list of the most common issues the users face and create video tutorials on those subjects.

Alternatives Considered

I have used SalesForce which is also good in the market.

Likelihood to Recommend

It's very helpful for a sales team, project management, and to manage tickets. If customized well, QuickBase can also be used by recruiters. It's not much suited for accounting requirements.
