Overall Satisfaction with Quickbase
My department uses Quickbase to document, track and schedule audits. Quickbase allows us to remain compliant with our audit requirements and the ability to quickly modify/enhance procedures, reporting and tracking without having to wait for an outside party to make the changes.
Pros
- low code development
- immediate, live changes
Cons
- email notifications lacking
- pipelines missing shared edit/view among admins
- some scenarios where only default report can be utilized
- time savings to develop and make enhancements available to users
- reduction of risk by ability to set reports as alerts to avoid non-compliance
Prior to Quickbase, we used Microsoft Access. The limitations were that it was not available on the cloud and coworkers were getting locked out of the database. You could not make development changes until everyone was out of the database.
