Overall Satisfaction with Quickbase

Supports transitioning Excel and Email based workflow to a digital platform that allows more automation, data transparency and improves the effectiveness of our operational activities.

Pros

  • Helps us organize our data share.
  • Digitize data you've, nor you would've had in Excel sheets and emails. And share it with other people.

Cons

  • User Interface (forms, layout)
  • More data pipelines with more functionality
  • I don't think it has any negative ones.
QuickBase was easy to implement. Functionality matched our needs of replacing Excel managed processes with a tool that had modern app capabilities and was hosted in the cloud.

It helps digitize workflow and processes that are managed in Excel and Email where these aren't well suited for functional applications and the cost for a custom developed application is prohibitive. It seems to become challenging for use cases that require fast response/execution times or are high complex.
