Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
I use QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise to run 4 multimillion dollar companies. QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise takes care of all our financial needs with ease of access for bill payments, collections, reports and budgeting. We staff 6 people that before their employment with us had no experience but after a short time have become proficient users because of the ease in applications.

We did have an issue of running out of space with the number of customers we had but QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise was able to quickly add more space for us and we haven't had a problem since.
We switch from Peachtree to QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and it was a very easy conversion and fully implemented in 48 hours. In my experience, QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise is so user friendly that training was very easy after coming from a program that was not as user friendly. Our whole team was trained and up and running within a weeks time.
Having the owner be able to access reports, graphs, and comparatives was a huge improvement and we were able to budget upcoming large expenditures so we were not needing to finance but rather save and pay cash!
We have used Peachtree and also a home version of an accounting program and we cant even compare to QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise's professional and diverse software.
QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise was chosen for all that it offers and how easy it is to use. I think QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise also has a top of the line customer service support center.

Evaluating QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and Competitors
Yes - We replaced Peachtree and a home account program where we were using a double entry accounting which lended itself to mistakes and finding that the previous finance person was embezzling money that way. We decided on QB because of its reputation and the fact that it is very user friendly.

The reputation and ease of use was a very important factor in choosing QB. I wanted to train the owner how to use it and knew it was a product you could easily learn. QB was also easily integrated with another program we use so it was a win win.
I would not change it at all....QB has served us well and continues to do so. I have looked at other programs and nothing compares for what we use it for.

We did purchase premium support just to cover us in the event a problem occurs and we are without Quick Books. Our customer service is very important and our customers have grown to expect quick turn arounds with invoicing and we want to uphold that reputation. Customer Service is what we do and Quick Books helps us at most level with that.
We have quite a few customers and the version of Quick Books we were using at that time was full before we realized it was happening. Quick Books was able to quickly rectify the problem and get us up and running in a matter of hours without any lost data.
