Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it to handle accounting for several companies. It is being used by whole organization. It helps to handle invoices, bills, and deposits. We also use it in order to keep all financials together and to provide financial reporting for all companies.

Pros and Cons

Access anywhere with an internet connection.
Easy to keep track of deposits.
Easy to use for a novice.

There should be an easier way in order to handle bounced checks.
Not having to exit the product for certain credit cards to download (i.e. AMEX).

Alternatives Considered

Xero

Only used QuickBooks Online because customer had already started with it and didn't want to switch. It provided better integration with Bill.com.
