Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

We use QuickBooks to keep track of all of our paid invoices, we have all of our accounts (banks, credit cards) connected to it so we know how much is coming in and leaving.

Pros

  • Keep track of invoices per client
  • banking log in to keep track of money coming in and leaving
  • keep a detailed list of all clients

Cons

  • the reports are confusing
  • with the new improvements too many things are going on the dashboard
  • it has made our accountings easier to manage
  • we still have a lot to learn with all the new features
They have made it very easy to have a one place shop for all your accounting needs
Bench is currently doing our book keeping and we are happy with them. I am not sure if QuickBooks also does book keeping.

I love that there are so many things you can do with QuickBooks. I have not learned all the aspects of it but it could be a great concise place to meet all your bookkeeping needs.

Using QuickBooks Online

1 - We keep track of our patient payments in quickbook. We enter the amount of each EOB and also send out invoices for our product line
