Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced

We use QBO to run all aspects of our accounting. Since it is in the cloud it allows us to push the security of the data to Intuit.

Pros

  • It integrates with Caterease software very well saving significant time.
  • Easier to use the desktop, more intuitive.

Cons

  • Reports could have more fields, but plenty good.
  • Cash flow statement is not as robust.
  • Positive ROI as we have been able to reduce staffing.
Mostly easy, but we needed to send Desktop QB Enterprise to an external vendor to convert. I believe that the issue is solved now though.
One location, but working remotely is simple now.
Works with the main order system, Caterease, in a relatively seamless fashion.
Both are good, but not easy to compare. Significantly, fewer bugs in Intuit than Caterease.
Easy to use and in the cloud.
