Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced

QuickBooks Online is our current accounting software that we use to financially manage our non-profit. We use it from budgeting to accounts payable/receivable and most things in-between. We like the transparency it gives us with our board of directors and other constituents.

Pros

  • Budgeting
  • Online Invoicing and payment receipt
  • Customized reporting

Cons

  • Automated banking integration
  • Easier way to pay bills
  • Not sure yet, still exploring all it can do for us.
Setup was easy. The videos and support really helped us understand what we were doing.
Our board has access to this platform and they are in different areas of the state. This gives us all up-to-the-minute information to base our discussion on.
Still working on this as a non-profit new to using accounting software.

Online bookkeeper help me understand how to account for a fixed asset when we purchase our trailer. Made the addition into the accounting system seamless.
