Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is being used by myself and our "outside" accountant. The convenience of other users being able to log in and see real time data is very helpful.

Pros and Cons

Easy access from just about anywhere.
My accountant can log in anytime and see real time data.
Easy to use.
Fathom reporting is very useful.

I like it the way it is.
No complaints.
I do not have any issues using any of the functions.

Return on Investment

My accountant can log in and see the same thing I see.
No more accountants copy or back up.
I can access my data from anywhere, create PDF files and send to my boss from my phone, this product is worth the investment.

Implementation

My accountant set it up. I believe it took our outside accounting firm about a day to convert my data from a desktop version to QuickBooks Online Advanced.

No other employees have access. I am able to give certain employees viewing access of certain features, but from an accounting standpoint for me I do not want anyone else other then my outside accountant being to use the features in QuickBooks.

Alternatives Considered

I have always worked with some form of QuickBooks. I like the ease of use so I didn't research other products.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is well suited because I can log in from anywhere. And I can't say it enough; the ease of my offsite accountant can log in and see real time data, even if I am using the program. The convenience of the two of us looking at the same data is a great value.
