Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced

QuickBooks is a robust accounting solution that has supported our Company's growth. The visibility into accounting detail is extremely important in allowing the accounting staff to ensure the accuracy of the Company's financial records. The ability to export reports and transaction level detail into Excel is used on a daily basis to aid in financial analysis. I've used many other accounting systems that simply do not provide the same ease of use and visibility that QuickBooks does.

Super easy to set up QuickBooks Online Advanced!
Our Company does not have a central headquarters. All users use QuickBooks remotely.
QuickBooks allows us to track the profitability of our health centers individually.
Microsoft Dynamics is very difficult to use in comparison to QuickBooks. The transaction level visibility is poor and the reporting capabilities are subpar.

Using QuickBooks Online Advanced

4 - All finance team members use QuickBooks on a day to day basis. However, we also use the invoice approval function in QuickBooks throughout the organization. This includes approximately 20 people who are approving invoices prior to payment.
Our QuickBooks users support each other in problem solving any issues with QuickBooks. If we need any additional help, we will reach out to the experts at QuickBooks.

  • We extensively use the class system in order to report results of operations for over 36 centers separately
  • We use Spreadsheet Sync extensively to upload large Excel files, including payroll reports to post payroll
  • We need to be able to report budget to actual on a current month and YTD basis in the same report
  • We need to be able to add more than 12 custom reports to the management report
QuickBooks Online Advanced is very easy to use and the data is very transparent. The reporting shortfalls (not being able to report the current month and YTD results on the same report) as well as the issues with the limitations with the management reports.
