Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced

QBO Advanced has all the bells and whistles! We could not ask for any other features. This version of QBO literally handles everything we need it to do and more! It is a workhorse! It could not be easier to use - which makes it that much more valuable. I would not hesitate to recommend QBO Advanced to others.

Cons

  • Sometimes updates can make the software a bit "buggy"
  • Allows for less time using manual calculations
  • Less Exports into Excel to analyze data
  • Takes the work our of tracking Payables/Receivables
We migrated to QBO Advanced from a different program. The migration was super simple and we were pleased with the result. It did not a huge amount of time or lots of additional hours to ensure everything ported over correctly. We were able to hit the ground running without down time.
I perform remote work, cloud-based is a MUST!
It is exactly what we need.

Using QuickBooks Online Advanced

3 - 2 are accountants that provide detailed financial data to management, one works as an accounts receivable support person.

This fits our needs to well, I cannot imagine switching software, again.
