Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Time (formerly TSheets)

I am the [user of a QuickBooks] for my business bookkeeping and currently using Paylocity for employee timekeeping. I reached out to QuickBooks Time today to learn more about what they offer.......What I learned is everything I don't want !!! Spent 35 Minutes [getting] passed around Non-Englich speaking people and Representatives that are clueless about what [QuickBooks] Time even offer Red Flags were popping up everywhere and if I can't even get sales to [sell] me then I absolutely don't want any part of this for our organization.   • Fumbled the Ball

  • Exposure to executives
  • Training their people
  • Wasted our valuable Time
Worst Experience in our 35 Year Company History, never again and learned [QuickBooks] Time has Failed on the easiest Tasks [QuickBooks] Time CEO/ and Executives are clueless about serving their customers, they should ALL Be fired
