Overall Satisfaction with Raiser's Edge NXT

We have Raiser's Edge NXT but have not set up the user credentials needed to properly utilize it. This part of the process and the entire implementation is something that I have the responsibility of taking on this fiscal year. We plan on having it available to all staff. Since we are a human services organization, we have some medical information and emergency contact information for our members that we would like to have available to our program staff. We also want to give our leadership team members the ability to view a donor's information off-site with the click of a button.

  • Allows access to records in the cloud.
  • None that I know of at the time.

Definitely! The Blackbaud Community, the customer service offered, the knowledge base...the list goes on and on. The webinars, the podcasts, all are items that, if you take the time to look into it and absorb the discussion, can be extremely insightful for any organization.

Having worked with Salesforce for a short time (thankfully) the amount of communication made between Blackbaud and its customers is amazing!

Data entry still remains in the "old" Raiser's Edge so it's difficult to implement a product when there is still a back and forth that would need to be done by users. The more they have to do this, the more likely they are to shy away from using Raiser's Edge period.
