Overall Satisfaction with Raiser's Edge NXT
Raiser's Edge NXT is being used exclusively in our Foundation Department by both our gift officers and some of our services staff.
- Raiser's Edge NXT is a great user friendly interface to the regular Citrix RE database for our gift officers.
- The ability to speak your action reports after a visit is a huge time saver.
- Attaching media via drag and drop makes attaching pertinent gift documentation, news articles, obituaries and the like a breeze!
- I wish media attached to the database side too.
- You could easily print lists.
- On the analyze side, I wish we could pick our cash types.
