Overall Satisfaction with Raiser's Edge NXT
We are currently using Raiser's Edge NXT for prospecting purposes. It has been a helpful tool not only to identify new prospects, but to also help with maintaining relationships with existing donors. The development department is the only department using NXT. My only issue is that we have to continue use the traditional database in tandem with NXT. I look forward to just having one version, NXT.

Yes, I strongly agree that these products have helped benefit our organization. It reduces cost and helps promote a healthier database.
I have only used Raiser's Edge in my non-profit career. Anytime I have explored other products, they did not have the capability needed.
