Overall Satisfaction with Raiser's Edge NXT
It allows gift officers up to the minute access to information on donors and their records. It is very easy to learn and very easy to use.
- Access donor records. Gift officers can see what they have given, events attended, actions done; all very easily.
- Management and over view of actions by team. I can see who and what is happening and from a management point of view it's ideal.
- Simple to learn and use. If you can use an internet browser or email you can use Raiser's Edge NXT.
- The screen needs more colour variation on lines and categories. It's hard to read at times.
- We want to add new donors and are not able to. Wish we could do that.
- Adding relationships other than gift officer. One of key things is to be able to enter relationships of others that the contact may have.
- Operational Efficiency
- Increased revenue from new donors
- Increased revenue from existing donors
We love the whole suite of Blackbaud products. They all tie in great together and from a position of someone who is new to this as a volunteer it makes it easy to add on tools that all talk to each other. That is the beauty of this in that they talk to each other.
