- It is mobile friendly
- Fundraisers can access information easily via the web, without having to go through a web portal
- It is easy to learn
- Online donations - we have multiple currencies and we wish we could easily have two different income tax receipts
- Online donations - offer a shopping cart experience, so that our "Christmas catalogue" can be online, to offer various "gifts" for purchase. These are all donations, not gifts per se.
- Operational Efficiency
Yes, because our fundraisers can access the information on any device, and it is easier to learn than the classic version of Raiser's Edge
I wish that Blackbaud would quit purchasing other companies and then try to intergrate them into BB. We have used a number of other BB products, which eventually they quit upgrading, and then we give up on. Focus on fewer products and do them well, really well. An example would be Sphere - Friends Asking Friends, and NetCommunity
we have not researched or used other products. We have been committed to Raiser's Edge since 1991.
