Overall Satisfaction with Raiser's Edge NXT
Raiser's Edge NXT is being used by our organization to track all of our donors in order to analyze a donor's giving history or an appeal's success rate compared to year's past.
- The analyze aspect of Raiser's Edge is helpful when comparing funds from year to year.
- Easy way to store donor information.
- Easy way to track donor giving history.
- The dashboard is fairly easy to navigate, but the system itself for importing items is not as user friendly.
- The mail merge is a little difficult to figure out. The fundamental course for mailings did not provide enough information to be helpful.
- Without a lot of training, creating the reports tab is a little difficult to navigate when trying to run a custom report.
- Operational Efficiency
- Increased revenue from existing donors
It is still too early to see the full outcomes of Raiser's Edge NXT in regards to utilizing the giving history to increase existing donor retention rates. I have noticed, however, an increase in operational efficiency. It is extremely convenient to log on to the dashboard to look up fundraising results, giving history for the month, and other giving figures for quick statistics, without having to calculate results myself.
Currently, our organization only utilizes Raiser's Edge NXT.
Raiser's Edge NXT is the first donor database system our organization has utilized. Prior to purchasing Raiser's Edge NXT, all donations were recorded in an Excel spreadsheet.
