Overall Satisfaction with Raiser's Edge NXT
Raiser's Edge NXT is used to house, manage and evaluate all donor relations and cultivation for our $30M organization. It is used daily to track interactions; used as an email platform, and a tool to evaluate our success.
- Day to day, the capabilities in tracking the information we need in the way we need it, is unmatched.
- The system, with the support of Blackbaud's teams, has allowed us to ensure we are using the data we have in a productive way.
- Relationship management is key to a successful fundraising program - we couldn't do it without RE NXT.
- Like any cloud service, there are occasionally connection issues.
- No specifics to the product, but while information is great, we seem to be bombarded with opportunities for trainings and webinars, etc. With limited time to take part in these items... it is challenging to know what we actually need to know and what will be of the greatest value.

We have worked with the Blackbaud team to evaluate our data, and it was nice, but certainly not mind-blowing. We have the capability, so I guess manpower is helpful. It is nice to have a good relationship with our rep and a go to person to help with any questions or concerns. We have tried to participate in two different webinars recently. Both had technical difficulties and were cancelled after getting started.
I have had experience with a variety donor management databases. RE is the best program, outside of having your own built. I worked for a University that invested a great deal to create its own product. It was amazing, but RE would stand right along side it.
