Overall Satisfaction with Raiser's Edge NXT
Raiser's Edge NXT is being used by the Foundation office staff. It provides our fundraisers with the ability to access donor information from anywhere which is extremely helpful when going out on donor and potential donor visits. It provides ease of access, quick look up and important data at a click.

- Easy to use
- I would like to have the ability to drill into the data to identify new donors and what portion of the total raised comes from them
- With the data snapshots, I get gift information I can drill into, but can't seem to filter the donors to determine more about them

- Reduced IT expenditure due to cloud deployment
- Increased scalability due to cloud deployment
I believe we have achieved these outcomes with the implementation of RE NXT. Thus far our fundraisers are able to navigate the program with ease and I am able to see the information I need to see without any trouble. It has reduced the need of our IT department to maintain the server and database.
At this time we have not yet benefitted from this, however I recently attended BBCON for the first time and have brought back some valuable information to share with my team in the hopes of seeing how we can benefit from them.
I have not used any products like RE NXT.
