Overall Satisfaction with Raiser's Edge NXT
Currently, the Philanthropy Dept at our organization is using RE NXT, but we are hoping to get more involvement from our boards in the near future. It allows our philanthropy staff to quickly and easily access donor records, analyze data and add actions/update constituent records.

- Tracks prospect status/moves
- Easy process for entering actions/notes
- Pushing information back to RE (prospect moves)
- More robust reporting
- Exporting of lists
- Audit trail
- Operational Efficiency
- Increased revenue from new donors
- Increased revenue from existing donors
- Reduced IT expenditure due to cloud deployment
- Increased scalability due to cloud deployment
We have achieved most of these goals, but need to utilize the analysis functionality more to help increase revenue from existing donors.
Our organization utilizes many Blackbaud products, including Net Community, Online Express, Blackbaud Merchant Services. We are also in the middle of implementing Financial Edge NXT.
