Overall Satisfaction with Raiser's Edge NXT

Our Development Department uses Raiser's Edge NXT as part of our Donor Relations and Communications. We also use it to track individual donors, corporate donors, and foundations. Raiser's Edge NXT also is used to help with online fundraising activities. I have also used it with our finance department to follow-up with contribution reporting.

  • The ability to link easily with other software programs for tracking particular information.
  • Stream lined our donor relations operations.
  • Allowed us to create a donor profile.
We began with a customized Microsoft Access database and grew out of it pretty quickly as we discovered there were more ways we wanted to use our donor information. As we grew, we recognized the need to have a more robust database to follow up, monitor, and organized our gifts.
Raiser's Edge NXT is excellent for larger organizations that can have someone dedicated to its daily operation and data entry. Being able to know last gifts and to be able to follow up on previous contacts is very helpful in having a robust donor relations program. This is software that really can help in that area.
