Altius Search Group is an Executive Recruiting Firm that specializes in Financial Services Recruitment. We use Recruitee as our applicant tracking system. Great software for tracking our candidate activity!
Pros
- Very good resource for managing our job positing on multiple job sites
- Excellent platform to track our notes and recruiting activity
- Excellent platform for tracking email dialogue and documents
Cons
- I would like to have more job folders without increasing the monthly expense
- It could have a specific field for Companies, this would be great for recruiting firms
- It has been an excellent resource for posting our current job requisitions
- Great for collaboration with co workers in different locations
