Overall Satisfaction with Rescue
I use Rescue to support network remote computers and users. I have come out of the area and out-of-state users, that are not on my typical setup (lab tech) that I need to support. Rescue has been the best tool I have found to successfully support the staff I need to support and in the easiest most efficient way.

- Pricing - I feel it is a bit high for as little as i use it
- possibly update the UI's to look more modern
- Rescue is still an essential tool necessary for supporting my organization
- it has saved a lot of travel time and provided remote access and down time
I was horrible, this was not by ANY means an easy-to-use product to support end-users. We attempted several times to utilize that and possibly switch from Rescue, however, it is NOT user friendly at all, the end-users had to be walked through step by step the process to use it,
