Overall Satisfaction with RingCentral Video

We evaluated RingCentral Video among others such as RingCentral Meetings, Microsoft Teams, Google Duo, Zoom, WebEx and others. Although RingCentral Video was the easiest to use and also gave comprehensive performance reports, it did not make the cut because of the teams functionality

RingCentral Video is lightweight and perfect for video meetings, however we did not select RingCentral Video because it did not have advanced teams functions for dynamic participants (project team members)

Microsoft Teams, RingCentral Meetings, Webex (formerly Webex Teams)
RingCentral Video is a great neat platform for quick video meetings that are easy to record and edit. I like that you can delegate moderator functions easily and quickly. Desktop sharing is great for collaboration and even troubleshooting. RingCentral Video is also great for recording instructional videos for educational and instructional purposes.

Using RingCentral Video

RingCentral Video was easy to use right out of the box and very easy to master after a few uses. It is great for desktop sharing and recording and editing videos. It is easy to make educational and instructional videos. Editing and recording management is easy and distribution of videos is straightforward.

Yes - Mobile interface was comprehensive and easy to use. This is the only interface that I felt confident to start and host a meeting from my mobile phone.
