In lieu of an HR department, we manage all our people-related functions through Rippling.

Pros

  • New Hire Onboarding tasks.
  • Payroll reports.
  • Training documents.
  • Positive ROI is not needing an HR department.
Rippling is head and shoulders above Epicor HCM!
