Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling created a complete one-stop-shop for everything finance-related in my company, including PTO requests, payroll summaries, and any and all time that I have saved. It has made the process of requesting time off for my company more clear and separate from our time reporting application. I've also benefitted from the wide range of services provided by rippling, helping me understand the different plans and healthcare benefits I can have.
  • Time Off Requests.
  • Showing all available options for healthcare plans.
  • Displays payroll in an easy to understand way.
  • Maybe adding an in-app messenger? Employees could communicate directly on the application about any PTO requests.
  • I can't speak directly to the impact it's had or an ROI but I know as an employee, this app has made my life easier.
Any time I've needed assistance Rippling hasn't wavered and if I ever need to get in touch with Rippling support they are right there to assist me with any problem I may have.

Its user interface is extremely user-friendly.
Rippling is a great one-stop-shop for anything finance-related between employee and company. It provides great transparency into the way our finances are handled.
