Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling has streamlined onboarding, offboarding, and payroll in a way I never imagined. With just a few clicks of a button, it takes care of distributing offer letters, onboarding team members to the appropriate software, etc. It is also a smart solution to device inventory and management - there are other programs out there that do this, but the fact that it is tied into onboarding, offboarding, and we can remotely wipe and/or track our devices is very helpful. We recently rolled out benefits to our team, and the fact that this is bundled with onboarding, offboarding, and gives our team access to all of this information in one place is very beneficial.

Pros

Cons

  • A more robust & customized MDM for computers
  • Some sort of wiki where all of our company policies can live (their Learning Management Software that comes with Rippling is quality, but if you want to create your own pages, it's tedious)
  • Given me HOURS back in my day that used to be spent doing onboarding, offboarding, configuring/approving payroll
  • Given our team one place where they can go to see team members' info, their benefits and payroll info (instead of emailing me about their W2s)

They are extremely timely in getting back to me. I have never received an "I don't know answer" - if there's a delay in responding or they need to contact someone else within Rippling to get an answer, they keep me informed.

They generally answer my question and then give an article that I can reference in the future or for more information.

Rippling is very easy to navigate and if you're unsure of where something is, Rippling customer service helps you quickly and accurately find what you're looking for.
In 2021, we went from a team of 14 to a team of 30. We signed on with Rippling right as we started this rapid growth. Had we been smaller than this, we wouldn't have been ready for Rippling's services and products, we simply weren't ready to utilize them. I am so grateful we signed on when we did, as it has made scaling our company easier from an organization standpoint.

Having all our employee data and managing the onboarding/offboarding and payroll/benefits has been a life saver.
