Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We used ADP prior to rippling for timecards and vacation requests. Rippling took over that but also benefits management and more, which has been a great chance to see.

  • Multiple org chart views
  • To-do tasks right at the start
  • Company wide vacation notifications, birthdays, etc.
  • Timecard software-- I'm used to ADP, so adding hours by the project is unintuitive compared to added hours per day, then dividing them by project
  • It requires sign-in way more often than I expect to be asked, especially when I use the extension, it takes over my default homepage-- so it is annoying to have to sign in every other time I open my browser
  • Positive impact on the time employee has to spend doing non-engineering work
