Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling to handle payments, health benefits, and employee authorization forms. This platform has allowed me to organize all HR-related issues on one platform and makes enrolling, and dashboarding all of this information incredibly accessible and easy to follow. For example, comparing health, dental, and vision plans was very easy to do on the platform. I just enrolled in health and dental, and Rippling made it convenient to see how much I can expect to pay on a monthly basis, and how much my company pays.

Easy to follow. Easy to see what's expected of you as an employee.
At my prior job, enrolling in insurance plans and completing onboarding documents were done separately on platforms that weren't straightforward to follow. Rippling centralizes all of these tasks, making the onboarding process much easier for new employees such as myself. I have a better understanding of my benefits and what is expected of me from an HR perspective.
