Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling mainly for payroll and hiring/employee management. We're about to start using them for benefits too.

Pros

  • Easy payroll management.
  • Easy to on board employees and create offer letters.
  • Not glitchy which is a huge plus since Zenefits was.

Cons

  • The UX is hard to navigate at times.
  • When you're a smaller company you don't get the best customer service & sales reps.
  • Customer service can be improved a lot.
  • Positive ROI of just being able to manage employees and have them track their hours easily.
Their SMB support can be better. Also, would like to have talked to someone in the US to sign up vs. India.

Pretty easy, but the navigation can definitely use some work.
Rippling's great for all small businesses that are growing. I can't talk too much to enterprise companies, but has been pretty easy and hasn't messed up yet.
