Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling makes it easy to visualize PTO, manage payroll, and to manage and apply for company benefits like healthcare.

Pros

  • Time off request management
  • Health Benefits management
  • Visualizing important employee information such as paystubs, tax docs, and healthcare

Cons

  • Sometimes the UI is buggy when selecting healthcare
  • I cannot speak to this question as I am not the key decision maker.
Rippling feels like what BambooHR should be if it reached a larger audience. Rippling does a better job of organizing information in discoverable and meaningful places.

It's easy to use and very discoverable.
Rippling makes it easy to manage large teams globally. It seems appropriate for medium to large-sized teams. It might be overkill for smaller teams but it's leaps and bounds ahead of BambooHR.
