Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for timecards, PTO/vacation requests, payroll, employee training, and benefits election. I am an end user only, with no admin access or other delegation.

  • Comprehensive workplace solution for common HR items
  • Employee notifications for manager-approved timecards
  • Upcoming company-paid vacation notifications
  • We are likely spending less time and resources, as a company, to manage HR tasks as managed by Rippling. I'm not directly privy to this information or ROI information.

Easy to access, user-friendly, concise, clear interface
Rippling works well for our current purposes with a company of a couple hundred employees and general needs. It may not be as useful for smaller groups as it's detail and functionality may supercede its practicality in such cases.
