Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I used Rippling to quickly enroll in benefits as well as set up may payroll in a new state. I particularly enjoyed the cost breakdown simplicity when it came to selecting benefits.

The user interface was modern and the language/look/feel made the program very approachable. I did not require the support of my HRBP to complete both IRS nor benefits related tasts.

  • A bit more of a "1-to-1" form experience on state tax forms (Georgia)

Previously explained, UI is fast and intuitive
No reason not to recommend it, works well. I did not review pricing when our organization purchased it, but it was a great tool from a VP-level user's perspective.
