Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
I use Rippling to manage people on my team, their expenses and understand payroll obligations are the team expands. I use it personally to enroll and manage my health benefits. I also use it to view our company org chart.
- I'm relatively new to my role. Rippling helps my find people on direct teams easily and understand reporting structure.
- I have never signed up for benefits to quickly with such a great understanding of what I was purchasing.
- I use Rippling to see vacation hours accrued, submit requests and approve team member requests. All very easy!
- Favorites on the home page would be really useful!
- Too new to quantify beyond being the most efficient people / benefits tools I've ever used
