Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is the platform utilized by my company where employees are kept abreast of PTO hours, including sick time, holidays, vacation time, jury duty time, voting time, etc. We are also able to review payroll and tax information (W2) and print as needed. Recently used to select insurance benefits.

Pros

  • Very easy to use platform to review benefits and insurance information
  • Accurate, up to date information
  • Very easy to request time off through Ripping with intuitive features

Cons

  • I would love to see a breakdown of what each insurance/benefit costs per month on the benefits page

Easy to use; intuitive
I review my payroll every two weeks in Ripping, which is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I use Ripping to stay on top of my available PTO hours as well as schedule time off as needed. There's a history of previous dates/hours I've taken for PTO with a running total of remaining and projected hours. I can also access insurance information as needed.
