We use Rippling to help with benefits for employees.

Pros

  • The info session was thorough and kept my attention
  • The information available to help me make an informed decision was extensive
  • The user experience of enrolling in benefits was smooth and intuitive.

Cons

  • It took me a minute to figure out how to start the enrollment process
  • It would be nice to connect my family member information that I had already entered and the beneficiaries section (I had to enter some of the same info twice).
  • Provided a useful platform for benefits enrollment

Rippling provided friendly and informative info sessions and the website gave detailed information about all the benefits choices that were offered to me. The enrollment process was intuitive and efficient.
