Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

The use of ripling is fundamental within the company, it handles everything related to the institution's staff, its integrations with other systems are also useful, the filters that it allows you to create when exporting the information are quite interesting in general.At the moment I have not worked with any type of inconvenience within the application, so I can mention that it is quite reliable and stable for institutional use.

On many occasions the support has not been useful, leading us to have to review the documentation that is a bit ambiguous and things are difficult in some cases.Really for my part I have not handled much support with the application but the times that it has touched me it has been not very gratifying

Really for a small to medium-sized company, rippling can be a very useful tool with many tools that allow growth added to its integrations with third-party applications, it is a fairly solid application where the company, by adapting to the system, could get a lot of potential in his usage.
In a company which depends on many third-party applications, such as google cloud, etc. Since these apps have rippling functions, taking away a lot of utility from the application, added to the fact that its IT section is very limited and many options do not make sense, but overall is a good app.
