We use Rippling for management solutions including human resources, information technology, and operations. The software are very useful for payroll management and also time management.

Pros

  • Rippling makes the onboarding process very easy for both employer and employees.
  • It also allows my company to automate a wide range of HR processes such as time off and timekeeping.
  • Rippling provides easy access to one payroll including paystuffs

  • I will suggest Rippling to offer a free trial, so that user can take the platform for a test drive before signing up for the service.
  • Rippling should also consider offering some flexibility in terms of building a package to fit one's budget and needs.
  • Rippling automatically feeds all the important HR data such as hours and deductions right into the payroll
  • It also means that you can run payroll with just a click of a button

Rippling is really well suited for our company because we have flexibility provided by our highly customizable HR software platform with lots of reporting options such as benefits management, hiring, onboarding/offboarding, etc. However, Rippling is not suited for small businesses that do not have lots of HR tasks, such as benefits management, hiring, onboarding, offboarding, etc.
