Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling to clock in and out daily, to review all my pay subs, my time off, insurance benefits - everything that is related to my job.

Pros

  • I like how easy it is to clock in and out
  • I like how we have to review & submit our time sheet every week
  • I like how easy is to see all my benefits, including time off and vacation policy

Cons

  • I noticed that when I'm taking my lunch break (30 minutes break) if I use the app on my phone, there is a lag. If I don't refresh the app all the time when I'm in my break it won't show the correct duration of my break. I am not seeing this issue on the web browser version, only the mobile app.

the company that I work for decided to change the platform from Zenefits to Rippling. In the beginning the transition was a bit off, because I was used to a different platform but once I got the hang of it, I can say that I'm pleased with Rippling.

very easy to use
One of the things that I like about this platform is the fact that they show projected vacation days, and it it great because it helps me plan things in advance, it makes it easier.
