Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling in a talent acquisition way. I hire people, process offer letters, manage documentation, merit increases, etc. The only problem I have with Rippling is the response time when you are creating offer letters. It takes an insane amount of time for information to pull from JazzHR and auto populate in Rippling.

The support can be ok, once you get ahold of someone. I would love to use the ATS, but it's way too expensive for what you get and the pricing model is very strange. I would recommend the HRIS portion to anyone in the market though. Once support is on the the line with you they are generally very good at helping you.

The platform is very easy to use, but again the response times are very slow. It's hard to use the integrations because of how slow they are. FOr example, it takes 15 minutes to create an offer letter, but 13 of those minutes are spent waiting on Rippling to respond. Other than that the platform is great.
Rippling is a great platform with some very good integrations. The reporting features are great. We use Rippling to manage everything from offer letters to performance management and it works really well. I would highly recommend Rippling to anyone that is in the market for a HRIS and isn't a huge company.
