Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

As an employee using Rippling, I couldn't be happier. It is extremely convenient, easy to use, and is an all-in-one system that saves a lot of time. From time off requests to payroll/tax information, it has all the tools I need.

Pros

Cons

  • Updating personal information is always hard to find
  • A more streamlined payroll area would be welcomed
  • Tax section. Would love to have that as a more compact and easy to use area for year selection, etc.
  • It saves time - and as a sales employee, that's incredibly important monetarily.
  • Keeps things simple and organized.
  • A well rounded problem solving program. It lets me get on to sales instead of having to jump to different programs for payroll, taxes, time-off, etc.
The couple of times I've had to reach out to Rippling for assistance was incredibly smooth. Pretty close to immediate responses. Made sure my questions were answered and I was taken care of. I felt like the rep. actually cared about my issue and made sure everything was resolved quickly and efficiently.

It has perfect usability for me. It is convenient and extremely easy to navigate. It as all the features I need and it is all inclusive. Its saves me time and keeps everything organized perfectly for me. From time off to payroll. Taxes to retirement information. I couldn't ask for an easier to use system.
Absolutely 10. In my experience as an employee using Rippling, it has everything I need in one program. Instead of having to use different software/programs for business needs, Rippling has everything included. It saves time and is structured appropriately to have commonly used functions at your fingertips. It's an extremely convenient and useful tool for time management, having everything you need for your business life covered.
