Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for our HRIS and ATS. We wanted to streamline our systems and choose a a more user-friendly and efficient system from older, less agile systems.

  • I would say we've increased our ROI for our HR team by using one system
These bigger HRIS systems are built on old systems that require more work to understand and navigate the systems.
Very responsive, get you an answer even if it's not the answer you want/were hoping for.

I think anyone, regardless of how tech-minded they are, can use and navigate Rippling. It has a good user experience and for the most part you can't 'break it.'
As a company leaving a POS system, or an early stage company looking to migrate to a system that can do more for them with less, Rippling is great. It allows you to complete the things you need to do, and they are constantly building and getting better.
